The Indiana State golf team wrapped the Diane Daugherty Invitational by turning in a score of 327 at Greenbriar Hills Country Club Tuesday afternoon, finishing with a team score of 972.
The Sycamores finished 13th in the competitive field that included nine of 10 Missouri Valley Conference teams.
Junior Lauren Green finished the event with a team-leading 235 after turning in an 80 Tuesday to follow up her 78-77 start to the tournament, while sophomore Kristen Hobbs scored a 239 (75-82-82) for the Sycamores' second-best score. Junior Madison Branum tied a personal-low for her tournament score, carding a 244 (83-79-82) over the three rounds.
Arkansas State came away as winners of the tournament with a 914, narrowly defeating South Dakota, who shot a combined 297 on Tuesday and finished at 916 for the event.
