Although the holiday season will be looking different this year, the Terre Haute Symphony Orchestra will be holding their annual holiday concert virtually. It will be Dec. 12, 2020 beginning at 4:30 P.M.

The THSO originally had their holiday concert scheduled for Dec. 5, 2020, but due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, they will be performing online on December 12 instead. The concert will be available to ticket holders from 4:30 to 9:30 P.M. that evening.

Tickets are $17 and can be purchased at See the link below. With the performance being virtual, not only can the Terre Haute community watch the concert, but so can the ISU community while they are at home for the holidays.

Once tickets are purchased, viewers will receive an access code that they can use to watch the performance.

The Symphony Orchestra will be performing in Maryland Community Church, and the performance will be done live.

For any further information or questions, viewers can email or call the THSO at (812) 242-8476. They can contact the Executive Director, Samantha Johnson-Helms, at

This is a great opportunity to listen to live music in a safe way this holliday season, helping to provide a sense of normalcy and joy to the Terre Haute and ISU community.
