Staff Bios 

Tyler Angle

Student Media Multimedia Assistant Director

Tyler is from the small town of Peru, Indiana. He graduated from Lewis Cass Jr. Sr. High School in May of 2012. He is currently attending Indiana State University as a junior. His major is Computer Engineering Technology with two minors in Electronic Engineering Technology and Computer Science. Tyler is a proud member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity here on campus. His hobbies are hunting, fishing and anything else outdoors. He plans on graduating from Indiana State University in May of 2016.


Allyssa Bennett

Student Media Director of Marketing

Allyssa is a senior at ISU majoring in marketing with a management concentration and minoring in public relations. After graduation she plans to relocate to a city in California and work in the Sports Marketing industry. Allyssa enjoys traveling, shopping, instructing fitness classes and being active.



Stacy Brownbridge

Student Media Director of Marketing

Stacy graduated from Penn High School in South 
Bend, Indiana. Stacy is currently a senior at ISU majoring in Marketing with a Medical Sales Certificate. After graduation she hopes to work in the Marketing industry where she can advance and use her marketing skill set. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with friends and family, shopping, and being active.



Sydney Bruner

Student Media Graphic Design Artist

Sydney grew up in Tell City, Indiana and graduated from Tell City High School in 2014. She is a first year student at Indiana State majoring in Graphic Design and minoring in Art History. In high school, she took on various print jobs for people in the community through her Commercial Arts and Graphic Design class. Some of her past work can be seen around her hometown. This is Sydney’s first year working for ISU Student Media specializing in graphic design for the Digital Media Team. She intends on graduating a year early from Indiana State University in the spring of 2017. After graduation, Sydney would like to work in advertising or in print publications.  Her hobbies include drawing, painting, reading, spending time with friends and family, and photography.



Morgan Evans

Student Media Multimedia Assistant Director

Morgan is currently a junior majoring in Communication with a focus in electronic media. He is the special events chair in Phi Delta Theta fraternity here at ISU. He has a passion of everything digital media and he likes to let his creativity inspire and cultivate his schoolwork. He loves sports and played baseball and tennis in high school before coming to Indiana State.  His goal after graduating Indiana State is to attend grad school for a higher education. A life goal of his is to one day inspire another to achieve higher and become a better version of themself.

Cody King

Student Media Multimedia Specialist

Cody grew up in Holton, Indiana and graduated from South Ripley High School in 2011. He has worked as an IT assistant/intern for South Ripley Communty Schools as well as Elgin Fastener Group. In 2013/14, he helped with the creation of the ISU Student Media websites. His work now as Multimedia Specialist consists of building, reviewing, and updating the sites. He graduated in December 2014 with a bachelor of science in information technology.



Seth Payne

Student Media Multimedia Assistant Director

Seth graduated from Southridge High School in Huntingburg, Indiana in May of 2010. He is currently a senior at ISU majoring in Communications with a focus in Electronic Media, and minoring in Sales and Negotiations. After graduation, Seth hopes to work in TV production where he can advance and use his film and TV production skill set. In his spare time he enjoys playing and watching sports, spending time with family and friends, and listening to ​music.



Xavier Saunders

Student Media Multimedia Assistant Director

Xavier traveled through several schools, and is now a computer science major at ISU. He’s a member of ISU’s student Association of Math and Computer Science. After graduation he intends to pursue a career in computer forensics and/or web design. His first programming language was QBASIC, his preferred language is C++, although he is also familiar with VisualBasic, and Microsoft Office Suits.
 His hobbies include competitive video games, solving computer problems.



Alicia Thayer

Student Media Multimedia Assistant Director

Alicia is our Graphic Designer here in Indiana State University. She is a junior with a major in Fine Arts with a focus in Animation, and a minor in Art History. Alicia was born and raised in Lafayette Indiana, and has been learning how to draw professionally since she was about 13 years old. She was able to use her skills in drawing to help design new logos for the ISU Student Media and Marketing Team. Alicia is expecting to earn her Bachelors in 2016 and pursue a career in Animation. She’s hoping to work for a big name company such as Disney, DreamWorks, or Pixar; then someday branch out to create her own animation company. She’s already getting started on creating her own web comic to help her get started on achieving her goals. She is a big fan of art and the history of it, and uses a lot of surrealism in her artwork.



Holden Theriault

Student Media Multimedia Assistant Director

Holden is from Granger, Indiana. He graduated from Penn High School in Mishawaka, Indiana in May of 2012. He is currently a Junior at Indiana State University. His major is Information Technology with two minors in Electronic Engineering Technology and Computer Engineering Technology. Holden is an Eagle Scout, and a Blackbelt in taekwondo. He is also Annotator, Historian, and Web Chairman of the Sigma Chi Fraternity and Assistant Marketing Director of the Technology Student Leadership Council (TSLC) at Indiana State University. His hobbies include working out, pc gaming, graphic and web design, and hanging with friends. He plans to graduate from ISU in May of 2016, and pursue a career within the I.T field and work his way into management of a large I.T firm.




LeVon Whittaker

Student Multimedia Assistant Director

LeVon graduated from Thea Bowman high school in Gary, Ind. He is a senior at Indiana State University double majoring in Communication and Computer IT with a concentration in electronic media. LeVon hopes to become a sports analyst for Sports Center in the future. Besides Sycamore Video he is a member of NAACP and B.O.M.B. on his free time he loves to play basketball, baseball, and workout.





Domonique Wickware-Kelly

Student Media Graphic Design Artist

Domonique is known as an admirer of the arts.  He is originally from Indianapolis, Indiana and attended Herron High School in the downtown area. He is currently an Information Technology major and Music minor. Domonique, known to many as “Neco,” is inspired by the artistic creativity existing in technology. His favorite programs and systems to work with are Adobe Photoshop and After Effects. He is also the graphic designer and webmaster for the Office of Diversity and is called upon several Student Organizations on campus to create flyers, logos, and t-shirt designs. In reference to his other artistic admiration, music, he has been a member of Indiana State University’s Concert Choir, Sycamore Singers, and the Ebony Majestic Choir since his freshman year. If he’s not doing his favorite hobbies listed above, he’s busy focusing on his coursework to continue his 4 consecutive semesters on the Dean’s List. 

Students taking the Gender Studies 450 class held their annual Take Back the Night March Wednesday evening. It’s an event that supports victims of sexual assault, gender violence, relationship violence, and stalking.
