The Indiana State men's basketball team finished up the regular season with a win at home on Saturday against Valparaiso. The Sycamores were coming off of a three-game win streak while Valpo was coming off a two-game win streak.

The Indiana State Baseball team took on Elon in the Sycamore's first weekend series of the 2020 season. ISU used the weekend as a jumping point to revitalize the team which had fallen to 2-5 through February.

The Indiana State Men’s basketball team had an upset victory as they were victorious over the Northern Iowa Panthers last night. The Sycamores were coming off a three-game losing streak and the Panthers were coming off a loss to Loyola Chicago. As Northern Iowa was coming into this game being number one in the Missouri Valley Conference, the Sycamores came out firing as they led all of the first half.

In a game that seemed only fitting as the season played out, the two seed Kansas City Chiefs and the one seed San Francisco 49ers faced off in Super Bowl 54. For the Chiefs, this game could be the start of a dynasty, as young quarterback Patrick Mahomes looks to be the face of the NFL for many years to come. While their head coach Andy Reid looked to snap the 21-year record for a head coach without a Super Bowl victory. For the 49ers, this win would be all too sweet. The historic franchise has won five super bowls, but have failed to hoist the Lombardi since 1995. Young, and arguably inexperienced, quarterback Jimmy Garappolo looking to prove himself and the huge contract he signed with the franchise.

The NBA trade deadline is always one of the most hectic times of the year for NBA fans and players alike. This season it means even more with both conferences being wide open for anyone to win.
