This year, ISU raised $109,732.68 for Riley Hospital for Children through the Indiana State University Dance Marathon on Saturday.

The first eight week classes for Indiana State University have ended. The Registrar alerted students Tuesday afternoon that the final grades for those classes are now posted.

Every year, International Women’s Day is held on March 8 as part of Women’s History Month, which is throughout the entirety of March.

Covid-19 testing will be available on Indiana State University’s campus starting Monday, March 1. The testing center will be set up in the Sycamore Banquet Center in the Hulman Memorial Student Union.

Dr. Tiffany Reed, director of the Charles E. Brown African American Cultural Center, held a talk as part of the Empowering Women series at Indiana State.

On Tuesday, January 19th, ISU held a Zoom event titled Insurrection, Impeachment and Inauguration. This event was presented by the Department of History, African and African American Studies Program, Center for Community Engagement, and the American Democracy Project. The panelists for this event included many professors at ISU: Dr. Ann Chirhart, Rev. Terry Clark, Dr. Lisa Phillips and Dr. Kimberly Stanley as the main force.

Head coach Greg Lansing announced Friday that Indiana State forward Kailex Stephens will miss the 2020-21 Basketball season because of an Achilles tendon rupture.
